BJIT Limited is looking for 30 fresh Trainee Software Engineers. Selected Candidates will go through 3 (Three) Months Training Program. During Training Period Trainees should achieve Certification on Development Tools and Platform wise as well as Soft Skills. Based on Training Evaluation and Feedback; Trainees will be Confirmed as Software Engineer.

Perform requirement analysis and coding as per assignment
Follow defined coding rules/conventions
Perform Unit test and ensure proper test coverage if necessary, depends on customer and project requirements
Create professional standard documentation
Code review, peer review as per review process
Get approval about copyright when using 3rd party or open source libraries or tools
Participate in defined meeting as per company policy
